Methodology
What we check, one topic at a time.
Each check answers one narrow question and keeps confirmed facts, documented concerns, and missing public data separate. Here's how each one works.
Label math
Does the claimed dose physically fit the serving?
Before any lab gets involved, a supplement claim has to survive sixth-grade arithmetic. Some don't.
Dose vs. science
Is the amount on the label inside the studied range?
An ingredient can be well-researched at one dose and barely studied at the amount in your bottle. Those are different facts.
Delivery route
Was it studied in the same form this product uses?
A compound proven in one delivery format doesn't automatically work in another. Marketing rarely mentions the switch.
Certifications
Do the badges appear in the issuer's real registry?
A certification logo on a label is a claim. The certifier's own registry is the fact. They don't always match.
Origin & sourcing
What exactly is being claimed about where it was made?
"Made in USA" can describe the last step of a long journey. Final bottling and ingredient origin are not the same thing.
Review forensics
Do the reviews move like demand, or like intervention?
Authentic reviews accumulate the way sales do. Manipulated ones move differently — and the pattern is often visible in the data.
