How to read this report
What this is. We compare what a listing claims against what public records show — label arithmetic, barcode registries, NIH’s label catalog, FDA enforcement data, certification registries, and published research. Every statement below traces to one of those.
What the states mean. Confirmed = an outside source agrees. Contradicted = an outside source disagrees. Caution = something needs explaining. No data = we looked and found nothing — a gap, not a strike.
What it is not. A clean record is not an endorsement and never proof a product works. A thin record is not an accusation. We publish evidence and gaps; the conclusion is yours. Nothing here is medical advice.
Something wrong? Every figure is meant to be checkable — sources are named and linked. Send a correction and we’ll fix the record.
Every check we ran
Ingredient amounts are hidden inside a blend
The panel lists “Alkalizing Blend” as a combined amount. A blend total can’t tell you whether any single ingredient reaches a dose used in research.
Intake method matches the research
Nothing in this listing contradicts how these ingredients were studied (prebiotic fiber, multivitamin / greens blend). For example, prebiotic fiber: daily use; effects build over weeks as gut flora shift. Sources: NIH ODS — Fiber overview (MVMS context), PubMed search: inulin prebiotic randomized trial.
Registered in NIH's supplement label database (DSLD)
Label #317232 “Super Greens Original Flavor” (Nested Naturals), entered 2024-09-25, with the full Supplement Facts on file — see the panel below. Company on file: Distributor — Nested Naturals Inc. , Vancouver, BC.
UPC independently corroborated
Open Food Facts resolves 852446007088 to "Super greens" () — consistent with this listing.
No data yet: Photo-read panel arithmetic needs confirmation
Our image read produced 10,149 mg across 8 actives for an ≈8,000 mg serving. That cannot be reconciled, but tiny-print OCR can confuse mg and mcg; the physical label or an exact filed document must settle it.
No data yet: Testing claimed — documentation not found
The listing claims third-party testing without naming any lab or certifier, so the claim can't be verified as stated.
Photo-read pack math is internally consistent
30 servings × 8 g = 240 g, matching the printed net weight 240 g (NET WT 8.5 OZ (240G)). This checks agreement within the photo read; it is not an independent contents test.
FDA recall appears in this brand's history
Brand-level context only, not a finding about this product. Organic By Nature, Inc. recalled a different or not-exactly-bound product on 2020-02-24: “Firm was notified by supplier that Organic Ground Flaxseed powder was under recall by manufacturer due to unapproved herbicide - Haloxyfop” (status: Terminated). The recalled product was: “Nested Naturals Super Kids; Superfood Powder Full of Nutrients for Growing Bodies; Whole Food Powder, Net Wt. 7.5 oz (210g), 30 servings; Finished Product Item # FNNKFMSG210G; ” — not necessarily the product on this page. Verify at FDA’s recall database.
180-day review-count history is on file
Exact-listing history records written-review counts from 4,670 on 2026-01-23 to 4,659 on 2026-06-12 (net -11). Count movements can reflect sales, listing variants, collection resets, or moderation; this history does not establish whether reviews are authentic.
This item belongs to a catalog variation family
The paid catalog links this exact item to a parent listing. Review counts on public product pages may be shared across sizes, flavors, or other variants, so the count history is listing context — not evidence that reviewers received or tested this exact variant.
What the listing promises — claim by claim
Why is this shown?
| Claim | Status | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Quality-testing claim “…A. Not only that, our Super Greens powder is third-party tested to ensure you’re getting only the highest pu…” | Claimed, not verifiable We looked for: a named laboratory, a certificate of analysis, or a certification-registry entry | No named laboratory, no certificate of analysis, and no certification-registry entry matching this product was located. |
| Benefit claim “…ique Fiber and Probiotic Blends. Our formula promotes gut health, supports digestion, and ensures…” | Partly supported We looked for: whether the ingredient doses on the label match the doses used in published research | Published research exists for ingredients in this formula — see Related research below. Whether this product’s doses match those studies could not be confirmed. |
“No evidence located” does not mean a claim is false — it means the seller has not put evidence proportionate to the claim on the public record, and we could not find any. Absence of proof is not proof of absence.
This label vs. the doses studied
Why is this shown?
| Ingredient | Where this label sits | Reading |
|---|---|---|
| Dietary Fiber | shaded = doses used in studies (3 g–10 g) · bar = this label | 2 g — below the studied range |
Matching a studied dose does not mean the product works, and missing it does not mean it fails — it shows whether the label and the research are talking about the same amounts. Not a recommendation to take any amount.
Verifiability profile — 4 of 6 public signals
What this listing gives the public to check. Publishing these signals doesn't prove quality — but withholding them means claims can only be taken on faith.

Listed ingredients (as stated on the listing)
I was concerned about the fact that Super Greens contains Green Tea Powder, which normally has more caffeine that coffee. This is because I'm highly sensitive to caffeine and won't be able to sleep at night if I have green tea or coffee even as late as 2 PM. However, the manufacturers state that their green tea formulation has no caffeine. I was highly curious to test this out myself, by having a scoop of powder in my drink in the early afternoon, then another one late afternoon the next day, to see if it would affect my sleeping. I'm happy to report that the manufacturers are in fact correct, and the powder does not in fact contain caffeine. I know this because it does not impact my sleep quality at all, which it would if it contained caffeine. Additionally, I like that the
